Production Information
Most stock products can be shipped within 24-48 business hours of your finalized order. Custom products will require time to meet our production schedule. Please call our sales team to determine the required time for your order. Rush orders are accepted as time allows (rush charges are applicable).
Art Requirements
Shipping Information Your order will be shipped from our plant in Indianapolis, IN via FedEx or Freight Carrier. Please call our sales team to determine appropriate timing for your order’s production and shipping. Below is a map showing transit times for FedEx ground delivery. We ask that all orders are opened and checked within 24 hours of receipt to ensure accurate and safe delivery of your product. For orders that require a rush we do offer Express options via FedEx. All air shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid for at the time of shipment. We will strive to have your order to you at least 1-2 days prior to your event. If you have not received it within that time please notify us. A-1 Awards, Inc. is proud to offer custom full color graphics on most of the items we produce. To ensure that your art reproduction is the highest quality please submit your art in the highest resolution and/or vector format.. Art should be submitted to our graphics department email graphics@a-1awards.com with your groups name in the subject line. You will receive an automatic electronic response to let you know that your artwork was received. After your art is reviewed by the graphics department they will contact you if your art will not reproduce well.
Free Shipping Offer - Our FREE shipping offer applies only to the pages that contain the Free Shipping Icon. To receive Free Shipping you must order items that are on our Free Shipping pages and have a minimum purchase of $600 or more. Items that are not on pages with the Free Shipping Icon are not eligible for Free Shipping and are not able to go towards the required $600 minimum purchase.

Due to the custom nature of our product, payment is required at the time you place your order. We offer payment options of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and your groups check. Purchase orders are accepted from approved government agencies. If you have questions about payment on your order please call our sales team.
